Registrants to the Blooming Lotus by Design website provide basic contact information, including name, email address, and/or phone number as well as date of birth and birth time and birth location in order to process an accurate Human Design Chart and/or Human Design Reading. When purchasing products and/or services/packages/Human Design Body Graph charts, Human Design Readings & Reports, Blooming Lotus by Design collects financial information, such as credit card details in order to facilitate purchase of products/materials and/or Reiki and/or Human Design reading services.

Your information is only shared to the extent necessary to fulfill our business obligations, to accomplish one of the lawful purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or in response to your express instructions.

We will not be and are not liable for disclosures of your personal information due to errors in transmission, networks that we do not control, or unauthorized acts of third parties.

How (and if) do you communicate with your site visitors?

The goal at Blooming Lotus by Design is to never spam you and rather connect and communicate valuable information pertaining to your Reiki appointment(s), session booking(s), product/material purchase(s), course(s)/class/training(s),  Human Design Body Graph Chart(s) and Human Design Reports and/or Readings. Communication will come from email to confirm service(s) booked, reminders of service(s), course(s)/class/training(s), Human Design Body Graph Chart(s), Human Design Reading(s), order confirmations. Additional communication will be directly related to your Reiki service(s), Reiki service(s) booking, or Reiki product/material purchases. We may also communicate through text for appointment confirmation and appointment reminders.

Occasionally, an email will be sent with a Newsletter or special promotion for existing clients, which will allow for opt-out option.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Is your service targeting and collecting information from Minors?

Blooming Lotus by Design does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age. If a child has provided us with personal data, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have this information deleted from our records.

Occasionally, Blooming Lotus by Design may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our website or privacy practices, or to comply with new laws and regulations.  Blooming Lotus by Design may modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time.  Where such changes are material, Blooming Lotus by Design will provide additional notice via email or notification on its website. ​
