HOW REIKI WORKS
Reiki supports healing by raising your vibration, increasing positive energy flowing to you and from you, balancing your chakras, cleansing your aura, clearing blockages in your chakra system, and even helping support you with relationship concerns.
Reiki works in harmony and is also complimentary in combination with medical treatments/therapies. Reikishould NOT be used as a replacement for medical advice or medical treatments.
Reiki can never cause harm and is helpful and safe because Reiki respects free will. When the recipient is open to receiving, they will benefit from the Reiki healing energy. When the recipient is not open to receiving, they simply will not receive the available Reiki energy as their energy field will not be open to accepting it.
HOW TO USE THIS RECORDING
Please choose a quiet and comfortable space where you can lay down safely to promote relaxation and comfort.
It is recommended to use this recording no more than once a week in order to allow for healing integration. The healing may continue to work for you over several hours or even days.
Make sure to rest or take it easy after a Reiki healing just as you would after recieving a massage as you may find you are in a relaxed state afterwards. As healing continues to integrate, listen to your body (especially when you need rest) and support yourself with drinking fresh water to remain hydrated.
DO NOT listen to this recording while driving and/or operating heavy machinery.
